Key Responsibilities
- Receive and effectively handle leads generated by the Marketing Team
- Contact leads promptly, understand requirements, and qualify opportunities
- Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, meetings, WhatsApp, and email
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits as required
- Coordinate with the Design Team for suitable proposals and solutions
- Prepare and share quotations; follow up for approvals and order closures
- Negotiate with clients within approved commercial guidelines
- Convert qualified leads into orders and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain an updated lead and sales pipeline with follow-up dates
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Accounts, Stores and Installation teams
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and client interactions
- Submit regular sales MIS and performance reports
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
- Share feedback with the Marketing Team on lead quality and conversion status
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Good follow-up and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present solutions
- Strong closing and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and CRM/lead management systems
Preferred Experience
- Interior, furniture, retail fixtures, optical furniture, modular furniture, construction, or related B2B industries
Education
- Any Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative, functional interior design concepts for retail spaces
- Prepare 2D layouts, furniture layouts, elevations, sections and detailed drawings
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions
- Prepare design presentations, material selections and mood boards
- Coordinate with the 3D Visualizer, Production, Estimation and Project/Site teams
- Ensure drawings are accurate and suitable for manufacturing and execution
- Conduct site visits and take measurements whenever required
- Coordinate design changes and incorporate client/management feedback
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, measurements and timelines
- Support the production team with clarification of drawings and design details
- Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings
- Stay updated with current retail interior design trends, materials and finishes
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop or similar is an advantage
- Good understanding of furniture, materials, finishes and fabrication
- Strong knowledge of retail interior design and space planning
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Qualification
- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
